The Subcase Summary Report lists all parties involved in a subcase
along with all Register of Action events.

Effective 02-13-2008, in preparation for the North Idaho Adjudication
the Basin and Subcase Identifier of the Administrative Cases have been
changed. Example: Administrative Case 92-00023   is now 00-92023
                                      92-00037G2 is now 00-92037G2
This change effects all Administrative Cases that were in Basins 91, 92, 93 and 94.

Number and a unique Subcase Identifier.  (Example: Basin 34 Subcase 00017a)
