Theodore Booth is a Special Master in the Snake River Basin Adjudication, Idaho’s water court. Mr. Booth is a 1981 graduate of Idaho Falls High School; a 1989 graduate of the University of Utah, receiving a Bachelors of Arts in political science, a minor in economics, and an undergraduate Certificate of Public Administration; and a 1999 graduate of the University of Utah College of Law, receiving a Juris Doctorate degree. Mr. Booth is a member of both the Utah and Idaho Bar Associations. Prior to coming to the SRBA, Mr. Booth worked as a law clerk for former SRBA Presiding Judges Barry Wood and Roger Burdick. Mr. Booth has also worked in private practice at Arkoosh Law Offices, Chtd. In Gooding, Idaho.
