Paul Harrington is the staff attorney at the Snake River Basin Adjudication District Court. Prior joining the Court, Paul spent several years in private practice and also completed a clerkship with Justice Jim Jones of the Idaho Supreme Court. Paul received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Studies and in Political Science from the University of Colorado and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Idaho College of Law.
